For best availability, 4-6 weeks notice works well, but I can often accommodate shorter timelines. Just get in touch with your dates.
I can also be booked a year in advance if required.

Absolutely, I get how important it is to maintain engagement during and after the event. Therefore, I can provide a small selection of key images within 24 hours, as long as we agree on it beforehand. The complete edited gallery is delivered within two weeks.

Don’t worry, these things happen and I can hang around. I build a small buffer into each booking, but if your event significantly overruns, we can discuss additional coverage at an hourly rate, usually starting around the £50 per hour mark.

Documentary and candid designed around capturing authentic moments. And I actually mean this.
I’m not talking generic shots of headline acts or vague crowd photos that could be anywhere. I’m talking real people having a real good time at your real event. I aim for the ideal balance between caputuring a real emotion and setting it within environmental and background context, edited to fit the aesthetic. -
I charge a 20% deposit upfront upon confirming the booking, and rest is invoiced after the event. The gallery is then delivered upon payment.

Yes, I’ happy to help with any small requests you have to edit photos after delivery, such as remove background items or changes to colour. If revising more than five images, we’ll need to set up an additional charge. This is why it’s important to get on the same page from the beginning!
